Hale Kahu provides private estate stewardship, concierge coordination, lifestyle support, and related real estate and advisory services. All services are offered on a customized basis and are subject to availability, scope, and written agreement.

No service is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

All consultations are exploratory and informational in nature.

• Quotes, proposals, retainers, and fees are determined based on the scope, duration, and complexity of services requested.
   
• Hale Kahu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or decline services at any time.
   
• Financial transactions, deposits, retainers, and payment schedules are governed by separate written agreements.
   
• Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or breach of agreement.
   

While Hale Kahu exercises professional care and diligence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Property condition or claims of preservation
   
• Market performance or investment returns
   
• Rental performance or occupancy
   
• Availability or performance of third-party providers
   
• Website uptime or error-free content
   

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

Certain services may require coordination with third-party vendors, contractors, transportation providers, chefs, or other professionals.

• Hale Kahu acts as a coordinator and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.
   
• Any third-party engagement is subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
   
• Hale Kahu does not guarantee the availability or performance of third parties.
   

Where applicable, real estate services are provided by Hawaiʻi-licensed real estate professionals and governed by state law.

Any representation related to buying, selling, leasing, or managing property requires a separate written agreement and appropriate disclosures.

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
   
• Post or transmit offensive, abusive, harassing, or hateful content
   
• Use the site for unsolicited promotions, spam, or commercial solicitation
   
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with website functionality
   
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
   

Hale Kahu reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any violation of these Terms.

All proprietary information, processes, materials, and communications shared by Hale Kahu are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

Hale Kahu may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
